Easy Metro Access and Helpful Staff

helpful staff clean room

The staff WAS helpful and very accommodating. The room was neat, clean, and tidy. It met my expectations perfectly. Every morning, they tidied up the room. They always made sure it was in top condition.

I found the air conditioning system in the bathroom quite loud. It was a bit annoying. I could still hear it even when it wasn't running in my own room. It DISTURBED my sleep.

The reception staff members were attentive and always very polite. They assisted me with directions and provided useful information about local transportation options.

the location is great. it is very close to a metro station. it is also near groceries, restaurants, and a bus stop. staff were helpful and friendly.

the room was very small. it had little storage and reminded me of a hospital room. the tv was tiny and the toilet felt very cramped.

small room noise issue

the room was quite small, difficult to move around comfortably. there was also a noticeable noise issue since my room faced the street. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the traffic. the lack of soundproofing was definitely a problem.
